  1. Herby Privacy Policy states rules of data processing and protection provided by users when buying services offered by Small Camp website (hereinafter: Site)
  2. The data administrator  for Croatia is Small Camp d.o.o., 51000 Rijeka, Jelacićev Trg 7,  OIB 9512471411; for Italy Small Camp s.r.l., 35137 Padova (PD),Via Savonarola 217, PDV 05248650284 (hereinafter: Administrator)
  3. To ensure safety of the collected data the Administrator  processes it according to inner procedures and orders and in compliance with law regulations of EU in particular General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 as of 27th April 2016 with waver of directive 95/46 WE.
  4. The Administrator  ensures that the provided data are:
  1. processed according to law regulations,
  2. gathered for safe and honest business operations and not processed further for other reasons,
  3. substantive and accurate for the purpose of their processing,
  4. stored in a manner allowing identification of the persons they concern, but no longer then it is necessary to conduct the business operations.


  1. The personal data are processed with the consent of the Site users or in cases when it is required by law and entitle the Administrator to process the data.
  2. The Administrator processes the data provided by the Site user voluntarily and solely for the purpose of:
  1. providing answers to the users questions sent via contact form,
  2. making bookings via online booking system,
  3. providing services offered by the Administrator based on Art. 6 p. 1 b) of UODO act,
  4. marketing including distributing marketing information via e-mail, if the customer agreed by checking a proper checkbox during the reservation process or while sending an inquiry via contact form. The consent to receiving marketing information can be withdrawn by clicking appropriate link in an e-mail sent by the Administrator when requested by the customer.
  5.  justified proceedings of the Administrator in certain circumstances i.e. vindication of debt or visual monitoring of the movement on the premises.

Recipients of the personal data can be authorities and entities entitled by provisions of law or entities providing services or cooperating with the Administrator in scope of data processing ( i.e. legal firm, IT service, marketing service, accountancy and other participation in providing of the service).
  2. The Administrator may use automatic profiling and marketing techniques to adjust the offer.
  3. The user has the right to check and modify the provided personal data, as well as request to delete the data or discontinue processes covered by their consent.
  4. The user has the right to withdraw the consent at all times with no influence on the processing right given before the consent withdrawal.
  5. To execute the rights stated in p. 8 the user should contact the Administrator using the same phone number or email address as provided in the system, to the e-mail address:

  7. The Administrator acquires the data by:
  1. Voluntary introduction of the data in the forms,
  2. collecting “cookie” files.
  1. When visiting the Small Camp website for the first time users are informed about using cookies. By staying on the Site the user agrees to the “cookies” policy.
  2. Installation of “cookies” files is necessary to proper operation of the Site and booking system, in particular processes requiring authorization. At all times user can change the browser settings in terms of “cookies” gathering and storage.

  2. Permanent – active until deleted by the user or expired.

  1. Conversion files, analysing the efficiency of different sales channels,
  2. Tracking files, which help conversion file to analyse the efficiency of different sales channels,
  3. Marketing files, to personalize content and advertisements
  4. Analytical tools, to help enhance the quality of Site operations based on the manner customers use of the Site,
  5. Essential files, fundamental to proper operation on the website which also help to develop the Site.

  2. analysing and collecting statistical data on using then Site and booking system in order to introduce improvements.
